Elite Plastic Surgery, located in Arizona, USA was launching a new branch after ending a partnership with additional surgeons. A new website was launched and PPC campaigns were launched  from scratch. The case study begins approx. 60 days into the paid campaigns began to allow for the initial run that usually yields smaller results to pass to get a more accurate evaluation.

THE CHALLENGE

Elite Plastic surgery was ending a long time partnership, splitting the business in half with a now brand new competitor. A new website was needed, meaning rankings starting from scratch, as well as paid ads beginning on a new account. 

The initial findings were an extremely competitive market leading to a very high CPA (Cost Per Acquisition). We were able to build out all new landing pages and refine the strategy to heavily increase the flow of leads while heavily decreasing their CPA.

THE SOLUTION

Jack Pine started from the ground up with a “back to basics” approach, ensuring that the Pay Per Click (PPC) strategy was specifically designed around Google’s preferences. 

The target menu and budget remained the same throughout the case study to ensure results were as accurate as possible. 

THE OUTCOME

Within the 8 month study period, Jack Pine helped to dramatically increase website traffic and conversions. Overall website conversions improved by over 139% and the overall goal conversion rate improving by over 116%.
